These are basic examples to give you an idea how an average day can be run but can be varied to suit your individual needs.

Please note that we can be very flexible in how our days are run. We like to discuss each clients needs to ensure you get the most out of the day. However for your reference a standard day would run similar to this...

EXAMPLE SCHEDULES

Bronze Package
10:00am Arrival at venue
10:00 - 10:15am Hosts to introduce themselves and explain the safety aspects of Clay Target Shooting as well as the structure for the event.
10:15 - 11:45am Dependent on Group size. Get each participant comfortable with the firearm and start hitting targets. Generally two different targets will be shown to each participant during this segment allowing the understanding of how to shoot a clay target.
11:45 - 1:00pm Complete a 10 Target team competition. The competition will generally include 6 single targets from varying angles and then to conclude two doubles (yes, two targets at once!)
1:00 - 1:15pm Awards are given and individual score sheets handed out.
1:15pm Conclusion of event.

 

 

Silver Package
10:00am Arrival at venue
10:00 - 10:30am Have morning tea (including tea, coffee, cold drinks and a mixture of sweet and savoury pastries) See catering for further details. Hosts to explain the safety aspects of Clay Target Shooting as well as the structure for the event. This also gives your hosts the opportunity to mingle with some of the participants before the event gets started.
10:30 - 12:00am Dependent on Group size. Get each participant comfortable with the firearm and start hitting targets. Generally two different targets will be shown to each participant during this segment allowing the understanding of how to shoot a clay target.
12:00 - 1:00pm Enjoy a indoor or outdoor lunch (lunch can anything from a sandwiches to gourmet BBQ) See catering for further details. This gives a chance for the participants to not only fill up on delicious food to regenerate energy for that upcoming competition but also a great networking opportunity.
1:00 - 2:30pm Complete a 10 Target team competition. The competition will generally include 6 single targets from varying angles and then to conclude two doubles (yes, two targets at once!)
2:30 - 3:30pm A chance to meet at the bar for a drink where awards will be given and individual score sheets will be handed out. A great opportunity to speculate on a fantastic day!
3:30pm Conclusion of event.

 

 

Gold Package
9:00am Participants collected by the organised transport and driven to venue. (Time will vary dependent on collection point and venue).
10:00am Arrive at venue.
10:00 - 10:30am Have morning tea (including tea, coffee, cold drinks and a mixture of sweet and savoury pastries) See catering for further details. Hosts to explain the safety aspects of Clay Target Shooting as well as the structure for the event. This also gives your hosts the opportunity to mingle with some of the participants before the event gets started.
10:30 - 12:00am Dependent on Group size. Get each participant comfortable with the firearm and start hitting targets. Generally two different targets will be shown to each participant during this segment allowing the understanding of how to shoot a clay target.
